We are excited to be able to begin presenting performances again but we are asking everyone visiting or working in and around the building to stay aware of any advice from Government regarding Health and public safety and to follow that advice to minimise the risk of the virus spreading.

Feeling unwell?

If you feel unwell, please do not attend the theatre.

If you cannot attend one of our shows due to feeling unwell, please get in touch with the Box Office and Ticket Re-seller to arrange for your tickets to be exchanged for a later date.

Refunds are not guaranteed, they will be awarded on a case-by-case basis.

Arrive in plenty of time

Our theatre opens 60mins

prior to the performance commencing.

We don't you come down early and check out the bars and restaurants that surround us!

Ventilation

We are utilising the maximum capacity of the air handling system within the Theatre and FOH areas to provide a fresh air supply circulating into the auditorium, alongside the air conditioning system in the bar and Front of House Areas.

Box Office & Ticket Collection

We provide E-tickets to all of our customers at The Turbine Theatre.

Please bring either a printout of your tickets or ensure it is available on a scannable device (such as a mobile phone).

Should you need to collect tickets, please visit the box office counter at the Front of House area for assistance.

You cannot miss us, look for the pink furniture. On Arches Lane.

Our Box Office and Bar Area

As you come through the doors, directly in front of you is our box office and bar. Our unisex Toilets are situated to the right of the bar.

Corridor to the Main Space

This is the main walkway to the main theatre space. Our entire venue is step free access from street to auditorium

Our Mezzanine Stairs.

We also have a lift to get to the mez floor for additional seating

Mezzanine Seating Area

We have additional seating available upstairs which is accessible by stairs or life

Main Theatre Auditorium

This is our auditorium. For wheel chair patrons, we have a dedicated wheel chair space available.
